We welcome you to The Vault website & shopping cart and ask you to review these Terms of Use. The Vault website offers many services ranging from door list reservations, VIP and Table reservations, special event details, galleries, live stream & recorded Video from The Vault, to Directions and Dress Code requirements. If you have any questions or concerns on anything you find on our site feel free to contact the appropriate person on the contact page. To receive event updates and special deals sign up on the newsletter. You agree that we may modify the terms of this Agreement or the Privacy Policy, in our sole discretion, by posting amended terms to this Web site. Your continued use of the service indicates your acceptance of the amended Terms of Service Agreement. You understand and agree to the following: (a) if you choose to sign up, you must submit a valid e-mail address and contact information; (b) You agree to notify The Vault immediately of any unauthorized use of your private information and (c) You are at least 16 years of age. The Vault will not be held liable for any loss or damage for non-compliance. In addition, you understand and agree that your information will be collected, aggregated and anonymously integrated in our marketing services. The Vault reserves the right to refuse the Service to any user. By Purchasing a reservation through our shopping cart, you agree that you have reviewed and you and your party will comply with the strictly enforced dress code and that disruptive behavior, drug or alcohol use at The Vault will result in your ejection from the premises and that no refunds or credits will be granted. You also agree and understand that all Your reservations may be subject to Resale at 11:59pm of the day of the event if someone from your party has not arrived at The Vault and that no refunds or credits will be given for no shows. If you arrive and you fail to meet dress code requirements, refunds or credits may be granted on a case by case basis at the option of the management. The Vault has made accommodations for ADA accessible access to the Vault both in Entry, Restroom and Bar facilities. If you have other needs that may need to be considered, you may contact up by e-mail prior to the event.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICES AND/OR ANY GRAPHICS OR OTHER CONTENT YOU MAY DOWNLOAD FROM THE VAULT WEBSITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF FILES, SERVICES AND/OR ANY GRAPHICS OR OTHER CONTENT. THE SERVICES AND/OR ANY GRAPHICS OR OTHER CONTENT YOU DOWNLOAD FROM THE VAULT WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding and agreement of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior understandings, proposals, agreements, negotiations, and discussions between the parties, whether written or oral. You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing the terms of this Agreement from time to time. Any continued use of Service by you after such amended terms have been posted or information regarding such amendment has been sent to you, shall be deemed your consent and agreement to such amended terms.
